Meet The Team
Dr Stacey Medway
Chiropractor & Director
After completing a Master of Chiropractic degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, I came to Dunedin to work as an associate chiropractor for Warren Browne in July 2012. I loved it here so much that I bought the practice and took over in November 2013.

I became a gym instructor and personal trainer after studying at RMIT, Melbourne in 2006/07 and added group fitness instructor to my qualifications when I returned to Wales to study chiropractic.

My background in fitness combined with the training I have completed with TPI
(Titleist Performance Institute) and FICS (International Federation of Sports Chiropractic) leads to a confident and hands-on approach when working with athletes and sports related injuries.
I also really enjoy working with chronic pain clients, particularly those experiencing headaches, migraines, disc and nerve related pain as well as chronic posture related problems.

My aim for the clinic is to expand the services available while always ensuring we provide superior care to the local community.
Dr Susan Pitt
Chiropractor
I’m a Chiropractor with a background in Education and initially trained as a human movement & health teacher at Sydney University. After teaching Health Science and P.E. I moved into Special Needs education before qualifying as a Chiropractor at Murdoch University.

I am a patient-focused chiropractor, experienced in the care and management of musculoskeletal complaints utilising various manual techniques. My goal is to help people reach their maximum health potential and educate them in ways of maintaining it.
With a lifelong interest in health and movement, I always make a concerted effort to consistently improve my skills and knowledge base in the pursuit of helping others.

I moved to Dunedin in November 2016 to be part of the team at Knox Rehab Clinic and have settled into life here, especially enjoying the great walks and cycle tracks that are on offer in Otago.
Dr Jim Webb
Osteopath & Physiotherapist
Jim is a very experienced clinician with over 30 years of diverse clinical experience. Qualified as both an Osteopath and Physiotherapist, as well as a Digestive Health Practitioner, his vision and passion for providing the highest standard of care is what drives his unique approach to health and well-being.

Jim began his career in the UK’s National Health Service before transitioning to professional sports, working with renowned football clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Barnsley, and Manchester City. During this time, he successfully undertook a Masters in Sport & Exercise Assessment. Following his success at these clubs, Jim became the Lead Physiotherapist/Osteopath at the English Institute of Sport.

Upon relocating to New Zealand, Jim taught at the University of Otago’s Physiotherapy Department, contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He later opened his own highly successful practice, where he mentored many new staff in areas such as acute injury care, rehabilitation, pitch-side care, women's health, chronic pain, trauma and its impact on both the body and mind and managing complex cases.

In parallel with his clinical work, Jim continued lecturing in New Zealand and Australia. As part of the Osteopaths New Zealand committee, he began to design and implement career pathways for Osteopaths in New Zealand, ultimately leading to the establishment of an Advanced Practice Certification.

Throughout his career, Jim has developed a strong reputation for treating complex cases across all age groups. His approach has evolved to focus on understanding the intricate nature of health, emphasizing the importance of addressing the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms.
Wendy Reynolds PhD
Acupuncturist & Exercise Rehab Provider
Originally from Yorkshire, I emigrated in 2006 with a year in Adelaide before settling in New Zealand. We finally made the move from the North Island to Otago in 2022.
Over the years I have been drawn towards gentler acupuncture techniques (inspired by the Japanese approach). My aim is to provide an effective treatment in the most relaxing way, to support the nervous system to rest, reset, and restore.
I am passionate about rehabilitation, and love to help clients connect with movements that provide a sense of connection between their mind and body whilst also aiding recovery.
In my late 20s, a back injury led me on a journey from chronic pain to qualifying as an acupuncturist in 2004, and soon after I trained in Pilates before studying physiotherapy. A wrist injury led to a surgery (and a second chronic pain encounter) that curtailed working as a physio but enabled me to incorporate the knowledge I gained to approach acupuncture from both Eastern and Western perspectives, with a particular interest, and a lived experience of, chronic pain.

The past decade has been a yoga deep-dive whilst keeping my Pilates rehab skills up to date. I am fascinated by how an awareness of the body influences health, particularly through movement and meditation, and supporting clients to access mind/body awareness. This curiosity led to a PhD that explored how yoga can support a healthy lifestyle. Facilitating clients to move well and live well inspires me to continually learn and develop as a rehab practitioner.
